This August, Chef Stefano invites diners to discover the art of pasta-making at Favola Italian Restaurant, Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort & Spa. Experience a month-long celebration of artisan pasta, freshly prepared each day and paired with exceptional seasonal ingredients.
Driven by his passion for authentic Italian cuisine, Chef Stefano crafts every pasta by hand, using only premium free-range eggs to create textures and flavours that truly honour tradition. Each dish is thoughtfully composed to highlight the character of the pasta itself while elevating it with exquisite accompaniments.
Highlights from the menu include:
- Handmade ravioli filled with tender dry-aged beef, complemented by a rich roasted gravy.
- Homemade tortelli stuffed with sweet shrimp and red snapper, finished with a delicate seafood broth and briny lumpfish roe.
- Ravioli with wild porcini mushrooms, paired with a silky pecorino fondue.
- Fresh tagliatelle in a fragrant saffron cream sauce, served with Italian sausage.
- Squid ink tagliolini, tossed in an aromatic sauce and topped with creamy burrata.
Chef Stefano's creations will evolve throughout the month, offering returning guests delightful surprises and new inspirations from his kitchen.
