Together with Siam Tamiya—the authorized distributor of Radio Control (RC) cars, Mini 4WD, and plastic models—the two brands will leverage their respective customer bases through co-branded products featuring Mini 4WD cars bundled with Panasonic batteries. The marketing strategy also includes special online promotions and influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and sales growth in Thailand

Mr. Itaru Suzuki, Managing Director of Siam Tamiya Co., Ltd., stated: "Tamiya is highly regarded by fans worldwide for our commitment to 'World-Class Quality' and realistic details. Partnering with a globally trusted brand like Panasonic, known for its reliability and high-efficiency batteries, significantly enhances our customers' experience. Long-lasting power increases satisfaction, reduces downtime during races, and allows racers to focus entirely on their performance. We are delighted to welcome Panasonic into the high-value Hobbyist and RC Racing market."

Panasonic Energy (Thailand) Co., Ltd. not only produces high-quality, high-performance batteries, but also actively drives environmental initiatives under the Circular Economy concept in a tangible way. This is demonstrated through its battery recycling program, which has been in operation since March 2024, collecting used batteries via 7-Eleven stores for recycling and recovering valuable resources such as steel for reuse. Looking ahead, the company will continue to create new shared value by collaborating with partners whose strengths complement one another, in line with Panasonic Energy's mission to help build a society where happiness and environmental sustainability come together as one.
