Spark EV Announces Major Milestone: 250 EV Fast Charging Sites/Points/Locations Deployed Nationwide, Eyes 1,000-Location Goal to Support Thailand's EV Surge

BANGKOK, THAILAND — Spark EV Co., Ltd., a leading and fast- growing Thailand-based Charge Point Operator (CPO), today celebrated a significant national rollout milestone by announcing the successful deployment of 250 EV DC fast-charging sites across Thailand. Speaking at EV Charge Live Thailand 2026, Mr. Voravee Plookcharoen, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Spark EV, highlighted the rapid expansion of the network and its critical role in support of the country's EV penetration and infrastructure development.

A National Rollout MilestoneThe announcement marks Spark's transition from early-stage deployment to nationwide operations. With 250 sites now active in strategic locations across the country, Spark EV has demonstrated a powerful execution capability in addressing the infrastructure gap. While Thailand leads Southeast Asia in EV adoption with over 282,000 registered vehicles as of December 2025, the current EV-to-charger ratio remains high at 23:1.
