Dusit Ajara Hua Hin has officially progressed to full-scale development following the approval of its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report by the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). Construction has now commenced in line with the development plan, with completion and handover of residential units scheduled for 2028.
