Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, has been invited to serve on the Advisory Board of IGNITE Thailand, a professional women's community committed to strengthening Thailand's next generation of female leaders. IGNITE Thailand was established by global management consulting firm Kearney and global executive search firm Egon Zehnder, together with 13 advisory board members who are prominent women leaders from leading Thai and multinational organizations. The launch event of IGNITE Thailand was held recently in Bangkok, bringing together more than 50 participants from over 30 leading organizations in Thailand, including executives from Kearney and Egon Zehnder, advisory board members, 16 mentors, and 22 mentees who are emerging leaders from Thai and multinational companies across industries. The gathering reflected the collaboration between current women leaders and emerging leaders in Thailand in advancing the country's professional landscape.
Mrs. Gloyta, who joined the advisory panel, shared "At Bangchak, we place great importance on inclusion and equal opportunity. We believe that advancing women's leadership is not only a matter of equality, but a way to strengthen the country's resilience and support sustainable growth.
