Because we believe that education must continue, even in times of crisis, True has swiftly supported schools in Songkhla that were severely affected by the floods. Our efforts began at Ban Bang Faeb School, a True Plookpanya model school, where we provided 50 ready-to-use laptops, new uniforms, sports equipment, and helped restore heavily damaged buildings and classrooms, bringing the learning environment back to life. At the same time, we extended our support to all 18 CONNEXT ED-True Plookpanya schools, delivering laptops, digital learning materials, school supplies, and uniforms, while True volunteer teams joined onsite to assist with recovery efforts. Most importantly, we urgently restored and reinstalled TrueOnline broadband connectivity across all 18 schools to ensure that students can return to learning and access digital educational resources as quickly as possible. When severe flooding made many areas inaccessible, a fleet of 20 TGD25 smart drones was immediately deployed to deliver food, medicine, and essential supplies with urgency. Equipped with real-time GPS, these drones flew across flooded zones and high-risk areas to reach locations where people on foot could not, becoming a powerful example of how technology can truly save lives in times of crisis. At the same time, True's network teams worked around the clock, deploying mobile cell-on-wheels (COW) units to ensure uninterrupted communication in flooded areas. True and dtac SIMs, along with free WiFi, were also provided at evacuation centers, field hospitals, and key locations where connectivity was needed most.

Beyond technology, the hearts of our people are a true source of strength. More than 1,500 relief kits, fully charged power banks, new clothing, and essential supplies were hand-delivered by True-CP executives and employees before being distributed to affected communities across the region. More than "supplies," what we delivered was encouragement and hope. SM True also contributed three million baht to the Thai Red Cross Society to support recovery efforts in the disaster-hit areas. In addition, True introduced special offers on smartphones and affordable monthly packages for customers in Hat Yai and Songkhla, along with a 50% discount for volunteers and frontline medical staff, ensuring everyone can stay connected during a time when communication is most critical.

Beyond that, we have enhanced our support by waiving service fees for mobile, TrueOnline, and TrueVisions customers in Hat Yai District for 15 days. Meanwhile, TrueOnline teams have launched an all-out "Fix Every Street" operation, mobilizing technicians from across the country to repair and replace damaged equipment immediately for free of charge. In moments when every second counts, True has leveraged its capabilities in AI and Telco Analytics to support rescue teams in identifying people who may still be stranded in high-risk areas. By using ethically managed, anonymized data, we analyze aggregated network signals to help pinpoint locations where individuals might remain, enabling officers to reach them faster and with greater accuracy than ever before. At the same time, True Digital Group deployed its Mobility Data Platform to analyze real-time population movements across the True5G network. This helps identify emerging risk zones and unusual evacuation patterns, allowing government agencies to plan targeted interventions both during the rescue phase and throughout post-flood recovery. This is Data Intelligence for Public Good, using data responsibly to help protect lives, support communities in Southern Thailand, and ensure they can stand strong again.
