Bangchak Group CEO Conferred Honorary Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Rajamangala University of Technology Isan

His Majesty the King graciously appointed General Surayud Chulanont, President of the Privy Council, as His Majesty's representative to confer degrees upon graduates of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan (RMUTI) for the academic year 2024. Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, was conferred the Honorary Doctor of Engineering (Eng.D.) in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Chaiwat received an honorary doctorate in recognition of his exemplary professional achievements, integrity, ethical leadership, and dedication to public service. He has made significant contributions to the university and has continuously advanced the nation through his work. His leadership has driven Bangchak Group's growth through expansion across diverse energy businesses, leading the national energy transition, and delivering impactful social contributions widely acknowledged both domestically and internationally. The Royal Commencement Ceremony was held at the Chalermprakiat Building, Nong Rawiang Education Center, RMUTI, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
