Mr. Chirabhat Kijtham, Senior Presales at Metro Connect, presented "End-to-End Observability with Instana," highlighting how the solution provides real-time visibility across applications, infrastructure, and cloud-native environments — using AI and automation to identify root causes quickly, improve operational efficiency, and enhance digital service continuity.
