Metro Connect Partners with IBM and TRAC to Host AI-Ready Infrastructure: IBM FlashSystem Meets Instana Observability

The event was honored by Mr. Sarayuth Kosiyarug, Chief Executive Officer of The Recovery Advisor, who delivered the opening remarks and introduced the company's business operations. He additionally introduced IBM Deep Archive, an on-premises long-term data storage solution that lowers costs, supports Hybrid Cloud, and effectively addresses the needs of enterprises in the AI-driven era.

Ms. Tuentachom Sanchayakorn, Partner Technical Specialist at IBM, presented the session "End-to-End Observability with Instana." She showcased IBM Instana, a full-stack observability and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) platform that enables organizations to monitor and track the performance of applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Cloud-native environments in real-time. The platform features AI-driven analytics to help analyze issues, pinpoint root causes, and effectively reduce downtime. It also supports operations across Hybrid Cloud and modern application environments to comprehensively elevate an organization's IT operational efficiency.

Mr. Varuch Rattanatumma, Assistant Vice President of Metro Connect, delivered the closing remarks, summarizing the key technologies discussed and outlining guidelines for developing IT infrastructure in the AI era.
