The Hojicha Scone combines Parmesan, hojicha tea and black pepper for a savoury twist on a classic favourite. The Sweet Potato Tuna Delight features tuna, cucumber and sweet potato bread, while the Red Bean & Bacon Tart pairs smooth red bean cream with crispy bacon for an unexpected harmony of sweet and savoury notes. Completing the selection is the Beetroot & Cream Cheese Roll, enhanced with pistachio for added richness and texture.

The sweet creations showcase elegant purple tones and delicate floral inspirations. The Lavender Honey Mousse Cake features lavender-infused white chocolate mousse finished with a glossy purple glaze. The Ube Blossom Roll combines soft purple sweet potato sponge with silky ube cream, creating a delightful balance of flavour and texture.
