Island Immersion 2026 Launches Immersive English Learning Camp in Phuket, Empowering Young Learners Through Real-World Experiences

The program is a collaboration between Miss Mickey, founder of The Wholesome Hood and an advocate for children's education and enrichment programs, and Finnway International School Phuket, a leading international school inspired by the Finnish approach to education. Together, they aim to create a meaningful holiday learning experience where children can develop essential life skills while exploring new interests, cultures, and friendships.

Built around the theme "Learning Beyond the Classroom," Island Immersion 2026 offers a balanced blend of academic learning and experiential activities. Each morning, participants will attend English classes at Finnway International School Phuket, learning from native English-speaking teachers through engaging lessons focused on practical communication and everyday language use. The program also provides children with a unique opportunity to experience life in an international school environment. Afternoons are dedicated to discovery and adventure through a diverse range of activities designed to foster creativity, teamwork, resilience, and curiosity. These include Padel Tennis, Rock Climbing, Marine Biology workshops, Horse Riding, Cooking Classes, Arts & Crafts, and outdoor exploration experiences across Phuket.

Beyond language development, the camp encourages children to become more confident, independent, and socially aware. Participants will learn to express themselves effectively, collaborate with peers, solve problems creatively, and take responsibility for their daily routines all within a safe and supportive environment supervised by experienced teachers and camp mentors throughout the program.

Upon completion, participants will receive an official Certificate of Participation from Finnway International School Phuket, recognizing their achievement and engagement throughout the camp.

The Island Immersion 2026 program fee is THB 59,000 which includes six days and five nights of accommodation at NH Boat Lagoon Phuket (shared twin room), three meals per day plus snacks, all learning and activity expenses, and transportation throughout the camp. Airfare to and from Phuket is not included.

Families who register by 31 July 2026 will receive an Early Bird discount of THB 5,000 while group registrations of two or more participants are eligible for an additional 5% discount. Enrollment is intentionally limited to ensure personalized learning experiences and attentive care for every participant.
