EDTH Signs Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS to Deliver Cloud and AI

E-Commerce Digital Thai Holdings Co., Ltd. (EDTH), a company within Saha Group, has signed a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (AWS) and SIS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SIS). The collaboration will focus on applying Cloud technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the network. It will also develop employee skills, elevate data management capabilities, and enhance business competitiveness in the digital era.

Mr. Boonsithi Chokwatana, Chairman of the Saha Group, stated: "Today, AI and data are becoming critical drivers of business growth. EDTH is committed to promoting knowledge and the adoption of digital technology within the network, to prepare organizations to adapt and grow sustainably. This collaboration with AWS and SIS is another important step in building a foundation in Cloud, Data, and AI to elevate employees, work systems, and long-term organizational competitiveness."

Under a three-year operational plan, all EDTH aims to expand the collaboration to 10 companies within the network, develop Cloud, Data, and AI skills for 1000 Talents, and develop 100 AI and Digital Transformation use cases, with pilot projects including Modernizations with AI Adoption serving as models for technology adoption and scaling across the network in the future.

EDTH will also lead efforts to build Agentic AI capabilities across the Saha Group network, serving as the central hub to identify ready participants and coordinate training. AWS and SIS will support this effort by providing tools, technology, and hands-on workshops designed to accelerate AI adoption in day-to-day operations.
