Xian Yuan, the contemporary Cantonese restaurant under IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., has launched its latest campaign, "The Harvest Series." This initiative brings together three premium Thai GI (Geographical Indication) fruits to create 8 special menu items, translating the charm of local ingredients through the art of modern Cantonese cuisine. The promotion is available from now until July 31, 2026, at the 5th floor of Central Park Shopping Center.
This campaign reflects the concept of elevating Thai ingredients into a premium dining experience while connecting with the Soft Power trend through food, culture, and "flavor tourism."
