Weekly Highlights Take Centre Stage at Ventisi's New International Grand Dinner Buffets

Ventisi Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents its new Sip & Sizzle International Grand Dinner Buffets with Weekly Highlights, a dinner experience shaped around live cooking stations, premium seafood, international cuisine, and rotating signature selections throughout the week. Available every evening from 18.00 to 22.30 hrs on the hotel's 24th floor, the buffet is priced at THB 2,590++ per person, including unlimited foie gras and a complimentary half lobster per guest. Beverage packages are also available from THB 149++ per person.

At the heart of Ventisi's Sip & Sizzle concept is a generous spread of international cuisine prepared across interactive live stations and buffet counters. Guests can begin with seafood on ice, Alaskan crab, oysters, mussels, river prawns, slipper lobster and premium seafood selections, alongside sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon, and assorted Japanese appetisers.

The buffet also features a dedicated foie gras station, prepared fresh to order throughout the evening, together with carving stations offering roasted meats and grilled specialities. International dishes span Italian pastas, Thai favourites, Asian specialities, Western comfort dishes, soups, salads, artisanal cheeses, imported cold cuts, freshly baked breads, and a wide dessert selection including pastries, cakes, chocolates, tropical fruits, and ice cream.

While the core buffet selection remains available daily, selected evenings introduce additional signature highlights that shape the experience for each night of the week.

Thursday - Tuna Night

Thursday evenings place the spotlight on premium tuna, presented through a variety of preparations inspired by both Japanese and international seafood cuisine. Highlights include tuna sashimi, spicy tuna tartare, Nikkei-style tuna tiradito with Japanese-Peruvian flavours, Thai rice noodle salad rolls with grilled tuna, Russian salad with tuna, Basque-style Marimitako tuna stew, grilled tuna, penne with fresh tuna, alongside freshly prepared seafood selections from the live stations.

Friday - Gaucho Night

Friday's Gaucho Night focuses on grilled meats and robust flavours inspired by South American-style dining. Alongside premium beef cuts, roasted meats from the carving station, charcuterie, and cheeses, the evening also features an extensive selection of beef-focused dishes from across different cuisines. Highlights include classic beef tartare, beef carpaccio, massaman nuea, Korean-style beef short rib, Beef Wellington, prime rib, boeuf bourguignon, beef cannelloni, beef teriyaki skewers, wagyu beef Cafe de Paris, Japanese-style grilled beef tongue, and Thai boat noodle soup with beef.

Saturday - Crab Night

Saturday evenings celebrate crab and premium seafood with an expanded seafood display featuring Alaskan crab, blue crab, river prawns, slipper lobster, oysters, mussels, and shellfish selections. The evening also showcases a variety of crab-focused dishes from both Thai and international cuisine, including deep-fried soft-shell crab with garlic, black pepper crab claw, crab curry with betel leaves, fried rice with crab meat, cream of crab soup, and Crab with fresh milk - Thai-style steamed crab roe with fresh milk. Guests can also enjoy live seafood preparations alongside sushi, sashimi, and other international seafood favourites.

Set against panoramic city views from the 24th floor, Ventisi's Sip & Sizzle International Grand Dinner Buffets are designed for unhurried evenings shaped by live cooking stations, international flavours, premium seafood, and shared dining with family and friends.
