Amata held the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Shareholders approved a dividend of Baht 1.10 per share

Chaired by Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Noppun Muangkote Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors the meeting approved a total dividend of Baht 1.10 per share. After deducting the interim dividend, the remaining final dividend is Baht 0.75 per share, scheduled to be paid on May 26, 2026.

The Company is committed to prudent financial management, maintaining an appropriate level of liquidity and a strong balance sheet, while managing funding costs and leverage within a disciplined framework to support long-term investment plans.
