Absolute Hotel Services Expands Vietnam Portfolio with New Eastin Hotel Dalat

Dalat, Vietnam (October 2026) - Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) Group, led by Founder and CEO Jonathan Wigley, has officially signed management, technical service, and licensing agreements to operate Eastin Hotel Dalat in Vietnam. The deal marks a key expansion for the international hospitality group in Vietnam's Central Highlands. Targeted to open in 2027, Eastin Hotel Dalat is located at 35 Tran Binh Trong Street, Cam Ly-Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province. The property is currently in its finishing stages of construction.

A new Eastin destination in Dalat. Located approximately 1,500 metres above sea level, Dalat is known for its cool climate, French colonial architecture, pine forests and agricultural heritage. The city continues to attract both domestic and international travellers seeking a refreshing mountain escape. Upon completion, Eastin Hotel Dalat will offer approximately 90 rooms and suites, complemented by a range of facilities for leisure and business travellers, including food and beverage outlets, meeting and event facilities, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool.

Expanding AHS Presence in Vietnam

Absolute Hotel Services will serve as the exclusive operator of Eastin Hotel Dalat, overseeing the full scope of pre-opening and operational services. This includes technical support, operational planning, team training, brand standards, sales and marketing, and ongoing hotel management to ensure a smooth opening and consistent delivery of the Eastin brand experience.
