A Taste of Spain Above Bangkok at UNO MAS

Tapas, paella and the convivial spirit of Spanish dining take centre stage at UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld on 3 and 17 September 2026. Led by Chef de Cuisine Borja Terry Borrego, Tapas & Paella Night brings together unlimited tapas and paella with sweeping views of the Bangkok skyline.

Inspired by the country's tradition of sharing good food in good company, Tapas & Paella Night offers a relaxed way to experience some of its best-loved dishes. From 18.00 to 20.00 hrs, guests can enjoy a generous selection of tapas alongside paellas prepared throughout the evening.

Born in C?diz, Chef Borja draws inspiration from Spain's diverse regional cuisines, bringing together traditional recipes, quality ingredients and contemporary techniques. His cooking at UNO MAS reflects the generous character of Spanish dining, with bold flavours and dishes that remain true to their origins.

Set on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Tapas & Paella Night captures the sociable spirit at the heart of the country's food culture, offering an evening made for good food, lively conversation and time spent with friends.

Tapas & Paella Night takes place on Thursday, 3 and 17 September 2026, from 18.00 to 20.00 hrs. at UNO MAS, priced at THB 999++ per person, including unlimited tapas and paella.
