"BJC" Successfully Issues Debentures with 2.42 Times Oversubscription, Reinforcing Investor Confidence.

Mrs. Thapanee Techajareonvikul, Chief Executive Officer & President of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited stated that on September 3, 2026, the company issued 4 tranches of unsubordinated and unsecured debentures with a debentureholders' representative, under debenture No. 2/2026 offered to institutional and high-net-worth investors, as follows:

1-year-11-month-29-day tenor (Zero Coupon Bond), with a discount rate of 1.53% p.a. and issue size of THB 4.5 billion,

3-year-5-month-26-day tenor (Zero Coupon Bond), with a discount rate of 1.86% p.a. and issue size of THB 11.6 billion,
4-year tenor, with a coupon rate of 2.03% p.a. and issue size of THB 2.0 billion,

6-year tenor, with a coupon rate of 2.41% p.a. and issue size of THB 1.0 billion.

The debentures were offered through four leading financial institutions namely Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited and United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited. This offering received overwhelming demand from investors, with total subscriptions exceeding the company's initial target by more than 2.42 times. Consequently, the company decided to increase the issue size from the initial target of THB 15 billion to THB 19.1 billion by exercising a greenshoe option of THB 4.1 billion to accommodate the investors' demand. The success of this debenture offering underscores the investor's trust and confidence in the company's strong market position in its core business sectors, diversified sources of income, and extensive market reach.
