Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) crowned leader of Thailand's industrial property sector sweeping four prestigious real estate awards in 2022

Mr. Sopon Racharaksa, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand), expressed pride in the company's accomplishments as the year comes to a conclusion. The four awards highlight FPIT's knowledge and experience, as well as its relentless focus on customer centricity, which enables the construction and delivery of high-quality manufacturing and warehouse facilities that satisfy the full range of customer requirements. FPIT is also ready to incorporate and adapt to any trends and client expectations for sustainable buildings now and in the future.

With its determination to deliver high-quality factories and warehouses, the company was the proud recipient of the following prestigious industry awards in 2022. The recent accomplishments were granted by Property Guru Thailand Awards in the following categories:

• Best Industrial Development granted to real estate companies capable of developing industrial projects that reflect best-in-class industrial facilities in Thailand. This is the first time this important recognition has been awarded to a real estate company in Thailand. The exceptional Cold Chain Warehouse project won this award. Developed for HAVI Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., this project consists of 33,000 square metres of temperature-controlled storage areas that facilitate all operational aspects while also capable of handling vertical storage systems. The building is certified with the Green Building Standard or the LEED Gold level.
• Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction recognizing Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) as an outstanding company in design and sustainable construction with an emphasis on climate friendly designs, use of materials that have less impacts on the environment, and designs that are durable throughout their lifetimes.

Prior to this, Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) attained two awards from leading organisations:

• Thailand Sustainable Warehouse Development Company of the Year Award 2022 from Frost & Sullivan, a global research and consulting firm. This award recognizes FPIT's outstanding ability to provide comprehensive industrial and logistics solutions that fulfil every customer's demand. Through a customer-centric strategies, the company continues to enhance satisfaction at all levels of its operation, including the development of warehouses that meet sustainability needs by using environmentally friendly construction materials, effectively managing utilities and resources, minimizing environmental impacts, and utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovations that save energy and mitigate global warming.
• The Industrial Development of the Year - Thailand Award 2022 from the Real Estate Asia Award, given to market leaders in the real estate industry that demonstrate outstanding innovation. This was awarded to FPIT's Central Retail Omnichannel Distribution Center, a large scale Built-to-Suit facility encompassing 76,000 square metres. FPIT employs cutting-edge digital technology in its operations to support logistics and product distribution operations that support Central Retail Group companies nationwide. In addition, this project, the first's world-class logistics campus in Thailand, is equipped with unique designs that incorporate green office spaces and surroundings, and a wellness lifestyle for onsite employees based on "Green Building" standards or LEED, thus, helping to effectively manage logistics costs.
