Foreign Affairs, briefs the diplomatic corps based in

Thailand on the promulgation of the Royal Decree on

the Administration of State Affairs in the State of

Emergencies B.E. 2548 at Naradhip Room, Ministry of

Foreign Affairs

- The photo session will be arranged at the beginning of

the briefing. After the briefing, the Director-General of

Department of Information wiil hold a press briefing

at the media centre fo the Foreign Ministry
