การลดอันดับเครดิต “TMC” ไม่กระทบอันดับเครดิตหุ้นกู้มีการค้ำประกันของ “TLT”

บริษัท ทริสเรทติ้ง จำกัด ประกาศวันนี้ว่า อันดับเครดิตหุ้นกู้มีการค้ำประกันทั้งระยะปานกลางและระยะสั้นของ บริษัท โตโยต้า ลิสซิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (TLT) ไม่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการปรับลดอันดับเครดิตของผู้ค้ำประกันลำดับสูงสุด คือ Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) ทริสเรทติ้งกล่าวว่า เมื่อวันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2552 ที่ผ่านมา สถาบันจัดอันดับเครดิต Standard & Poor’s (S&P) ได้ปรับลดอันดับเครดิตของ TMC ลงอยู่ที่ระดับ “AA+/Negative” จาก “AAA/Negative” และ Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) ปรับลดลงอยู่ที่ระดับ “Aa1/Negative” จาก “Aaa/Negative” อย่างไรก็ตาม การปรับลดอันดับเครดิตของ TMC ดังกล่าวไม่มีผลกระทบต่ออันดับเครดิตของหุ้นกู้มีการค้ำประกันทั้งระยะปานกลางและระยะสั้นของ TLT เนื่องจากคุณภาพเครดิตของ TMC ยังอยู่ในระดับที่แข็งแกร่งเมื่อเทียบกับอันดับเครดิตในระดับ “AAA” ที่จัดอันดับโดยทริสเรทติ้ง ทั้งนี้ ทริสเรทติ้งกล่าวว่า อันดับเครดิตของหุ้นกู้มีการค้ำประกันของ TLT ที่ระดับ “AAA” สำหรับหุ้นกู้ระยะปานกลาง และที่ระดับ “T1+” สำหรับหุ้นกู้ระยะสั้น ด้วยแนวโน้ม “Stable” หรือ “คงที่” นั้นสะท้อนถึงการค้ำประกันแบบไม่มีเงื่อนไขและไม่สามารถเพิกถอนได้โดย Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V.
