นายยุทธนา หยิมการุณ ที่ปรึกษาด้านพัฒนาระบบควบคุมทางศุลกากร กรมศุลกากร เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ The Project foe Enhancing the Transparency and Predictability of Tariff Classification and Customs Valuation (The Training for Customs Officers in Nation-wide on Tariff Classification and Customs Valuation) ดำเนินการโดยสถาบันวิทยาการศุลกากร และ JICA โดยมีผู้ร่วมประชุมจากหน่วยงานภายในกรมศุลกากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกว่า 80 คน จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 21-24 เมษายน 2558 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 15 อาคาร 120 ปี เมื่อวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2558
