หลักทรัพย์เมย์แบงก์ ประกาศความสำเร็จการกระจายหุ้นธนาคารไทยเครดิต

บริษัท หลักทรัพย์ เมย์แบงก์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะหนึ่งในผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายหลักทรัพย์และ Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd., Singapore (MSSG) ในฐานะผู้ซื้อหุ้นเบื้องต้นในต่างประเทศ (Initial Purchaser) ร่วมประกาศความสำเร็จการกระจายหุ้นของธนาคารไทยเครดิต จำกัด (มหาชน) ให้แก่ ผู้ลงทุนต่างประเทศหลายรายรวมกัน โดยมีผู้งทุนสถาบันต่างประเทศรายหลัก (Cornerstone Investors) ได้แก่ ธนาคารพัฒนาเอเชีย (Asian Development Bank), บรรษัทเงินทุนระหว่างประเทศ(International Finance Corporation) และ ธนาคารอีซัน (E.SUN Commercial Bank Ltd.) รวมทั้งมีผู้ลงทุนสถาบันและผู้ลงทุนรายย่อยอื่นๆในต่างประเทศอีกจำนวนหลายราย มีการเข้าซื้อหุ้นธนาคารไทยเครดิต จำกัด (มหาชน) รวมจำนวน 166,805,400 หุ้น ผ่าน MSSG
