รายการ "สถานีประชาชน" เผยสถิติ 3 เดือนแรกปี 2569 ร้องเรียนรวม 474 เรื่อง "คนหาย-ปรึกษากฎหมาย-ผู้บริโภค-สิ่งแวดล้อม-ฉ้อโกง" 5 ประเด็นสูงสุด ช่วยหาคนหายติดตามจนแจ้งพบแล้ว 86 เคส ขณะที่ตลอดปี 2568 มีผู้ได้รับการช่วยเหลือ 43,774 ราย ตอกย้ำบทบาทสื่อสาธารณะ ช่วยคลี่คลายปัญหา หาทางออกให้ประชาชน ข้อมูลจากศูนย์ร้องทุกข์ไทยพีบีเอส รายการ "สถานีประชาชน" ช่วงวันที่ 1 มกราคม -31 มีนาคม 2569 ได้รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากประชาชนรวม 474 เรื่อง และสามารถช่วยเหลือจนมีผู้ได้รับผลประโยชน์ถึง 610 คน
