TMBThanachart has been honored to receive 8 regional awards from Institutional Investor's 2023 Asia (ex-Japan) Executive Team

On June 21st, 2023, Institutional Investor Research (II Research), the US influential business publisher who conducts annual evaluations for listed companies worldwide, announced the results of their Institutional Investor's 2023 Asia (ex-Japan) Executive Team Survey. 

In this year, a total of 6,474 institutional investors, fund managers and analysts from1,646 voter firms across Asia, Europe and the US participated in the survey and rated listed companies in Asia (ex-Japan) in several aspects, including Financial Disclosure, Services and Communication, ESG, Board of Directors as well as CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations. 

For the 2023 results, TMBThanachart Bank was awarded in 8 categories. Firstly, TMBThanachart has earned the designation of Most Honored Company, a recognition for listed companies that achieve top-ranking positions across core voting aspects. Moreover, under Banking and Non-Bank Finance sector, TMBThanachart was ranked 2nd in 7 award categories, notably receiving the highest position among Thai Banks and at the 2nd place for Asia ex.Japan(Mid/Small Cap) and Rest of Asia (ex-Mainland China) as voted by sell-side analysts. The details are as follows. 

For Company Board, a newly-added category for this year and ESG category;

• Best ESG

For Investor Relations, the rating was attributed by IR performance and activities. The Bank's Investor Relations unit was also received recognition for; 

• Best Investor Relations Team 
• Best Investor Relations Program  

The Bank's management has also earned positions as follows. 

• Best CEO: Mr. Piti Tantakasem 
• Best CFO: Ms. Prapasiri Kositthanakorn 
• Best Investor Relations Professional: Ms. Dararat Urapanthamat
