Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is joining hands with Singapore's award-winning Chef-Artist Janice Wong to celebrate World Chocolate Day (7 July) throughout July. The collaboration sees an encapsulation of four signature, Asian-forward flavours from Janice's eclectic chocolate collection with the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok's exclusive chocolate created for the occasion. Versions include the zesty and refreshing Kaffir Lime Caramel, crunchy and balanced Praline Pop Rocks, irresistible savoury and sweet Salted Pecan, and the traditional Southeast Asian flavours of Gula Melaka (palm sugar) and Pandan in the Gula Melaka Pandan. Rounding off the journey is the Jasmine Calamansi Butterfly Pea that combines indigenous Thai and Singaporean ingredients while paying tribute to maa-lai (jasmine garland) befitting of a collaboration exclusive.

The set of five bonbons is available at THB 499 when dining in and THB 799 for takeaway in Janice Wong's signature paint-splattered box. Chocolate lovers can also enjoy the five bonbons paired with a bottle of prosecco for THB 1,500 at CRAFT or Maa-Lai Library.

In addition to the partnership launch, Janice is set to create a one-of-a-kind edible art that espouses her flair in marrying colours, textures and flavours. A process created live and from-scratch, guests who are keen to observe and enjoy this art thereafter, can do so by visiting Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok on 8 July 2023, from time onwards.

Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok's social hub CRAFT is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until midnight and the 30th floor Maa-Lai Library is open Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
