The Suanluang Autohaus Group proudly expands its leadership success in Thailand's Mercedes-Benz service center arena, introducing an innovative approach as an Authorized Service Center with an investment over 300 million baht. Situated on Ram Inthra Road, this one-stop-service center spans over 6 rai, embodying the same professional standards as Suanluang Autohaus on Srinakarin Road and MB Sukhumvit on Sukhumvit Soi 83. Managed by a skilled team, MB Empire boasts the Star Member system which seamlessly connects databases across all three service centers, distinguishing itself with a spacious customer area exceeding 1,200 square meters, capable of accommodating and servicing up to 500 vehicles monthly.

"MB Empire is an innovative Authorized Service Center building on the success of MB Sukhumvit which is known for its one-stop service and exclusive customer care. Designed to meet the needs of customers in the Ram Inthra area which is surrounded by high-quality residential projects, we are confident that this investment in developing our new service center will definitely receive a positive response," said Miss Kittarin Limrabruen.

Mr. Korkiat Limrabruen, Managing Director of Suanluang Autohaus Company Limited and MB Empire, highlighted that MB Empire seamlessly integrates all services for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, encompassing regular maintenance, general repairs, and diagnostic analysis. Currently, we offer comprehensive services for all types of Mercedes-Benz cars, including Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes EQ, and Mercedes AMG models. In addition, our service center provides standard Mercedes-Benz body and paint repairs as a one-stop service, managing every step of the repair process in collaboration with more than 15 insurance companies. Moreover, our Star Member program, an integrated database system connecting all three service centers, allows our valued members to accumulate points for service visits in which benefits from promotions, discounts, and continuous exclusive privileges can be enjoyed under this program.

"MB Empire is ready to create a new experience for customers by establishing a spacious service facility covering over 1,200 square meters. Designed for ultimate comfort, the facility features a thoughtfully allocated area of double volume customer lounge providing both privacy and an airy atmosphere simultaneously. Customers can also reserve a private office in advance for work or personal use during their vehicle servicing. The co-working space includes small meeting tables and individual work desks on the mezzanine floor. Additionally, the facility boasts a Star Cafe and Star Member Lounge, offering a curated selection of food and beverages throughout the day," said Mr. Korkiat.

In terms of customer capacity, Mr. Korkiat added, "Currently, MB Empire serves an average of 250 cars per month. With the expanded capacity of our service center, we can now accommodate up to 500 Mercedes-Benz vehicles monthly. Our 2024 goal is to increase service users by 10%, with the Star Member program playing a crucial role in fostering relationships and delivering memorable service experiences. Looking ahead, we envision collaborative projects with other brands that share similar customer lifestyles, potentially starting with businesses in the hospitality sector such as hotels, spas, or restaurants with the aim of consistently providing customers with new and impressive experiences."
