Nihon M&A Center Holdings Announces Launch of Thai Subsidiary and Commencement of its Operations

- Purpose

In order to respond to the increasing number of cross-border M&A projects related to the overseas expansion of Japanese companies and the sales of overseas subsidiaries, the Nihon M&A Center Group (hereinafter "the Group") established the Overseas Support Office in April 2013. In Thailand, the Group opened a representative office in November 2021 as its fifth base in ASEAN, collecting information on cross-border M&A deals. With the local subsidiary's establishment, the Group will begin its business activities and service provision in Thailand, aiming to further increase the volume of information as well as the number of successful cross-border M&A projects between Japan and Thailand, and other ASEAN countries.

After opening its first overseas office in Singapore in April 2016 (which commenced operations as a subsidiary in January 2022), the Group successively established a representative office in Indonesia in October 2019, a subsidiary in Vietnam in February 2020, and a representative office in Malaysia in March 2020 (which commenced operations as a subsidiary in December 2021), enhancing its support structure for cross-border M&A transactions.
