UNO MAS Introduces New Weekday Set Lunch Menus

To ensure a fresh experience for the patrons, two different menus will be available each day, with the selection changing bi-weekly. This means that throughout the month of May, there is always something novel and exciting to enjoy at UNO MAS.

The first week of May features two enticing menus:

Menu One Highlights: Starters: A duo of croquettes featuring mushroom and chorizo, a colourful tomato strawberries and beetroot salad, a traditional almond soup 'Ajoblanco' with red grapes, Roasted red capsicum salad with quail egg and white anchovies and Smoked Salmond millefeuilles with avocado ali-oli and creamy dressing. Mains: Choices include a hearty stewed oxtail in brioche Bocadillo, a perfectly grilled salmon with a citrus-infused sauce, Pork loin solomillo with fresh herb butter and smoke aubergine puree and a Spanish omelette. Desserts: A nod to tradition with Granma's caramel custard and a modern twist with roasted oranges served with creamy saffron yogurt.

Menu Two Showcases: Starters: A refreshing goat cheese salad with tomato jam, an inventive orange couscous with vegetables, Salmorejo with sardine confit, croquettes, and Soft-boiled egg with sauteed green asparagus and oyster mushrooms. Mains: A variety of mains from the sea and land, include fresh cod with 'pisto Manchego', Slow cooked and pan-fried chicken breast with fresh herbs and smoked leek cream, Spanish Omelette, Creamy Oxtail Rice and a pork burger with French fries. Desserts: Simple yet delightful strawberries with whipping cream or the roasted orange with saffron yogurt and crumble for a sweet finish.
