For meat lovers, the Wagyu Carpaccio presents a perfect harmony of thinly sliced Wagyu beef, peppery rocket leaves, and 36-month aged Parmesan cheese, enhanced by the subtle complexity of summer truffles, also priced at THB 950++. The Risotto is a must-try, providing a perfect balance of flavour and comfort, featuring perfectly cooked Arborio rice, seared scallops, and 24-month aged Parmesan cheese, all brought together with summer truffles, available for THB 1550++.

The Pan-Seared Duck Breast is served with Jerusalem artichoke puree, crisp green asparagus, and a luscious truffle Madeira sauce, priced at THB 1650++.
