Taste the Best of Spain: UNO MAS Introduces New Weekday Set Lunch Menus

With rotating menus to explore, guests can look forward to a new gastronomic experience every day. Two distinct menus will be available daily, changing every two weeks, ensuring variety and excitement for both returning and new diners.

Menu One includes starters such as Iberico pork ribs with chorizo and Galician potatoes, Sopa de Ajo with Iberico ham stock, and white anchovy with roasted capsicum salad. Main course options range from white tuna stewed in tomato sauce, Valencian toasted angel hair in paella style, squids, piparra peppers, and Angus beef cheek stew with summer vegetables. Finish your meal with a choice of rice pudding Asturian style or tonic cantaloupe melon with lime.

Meanwhile, Menu Two delights with starters like Basque white tuna and potato stew, mushroom croquettes, Bread-crumbed chorizo with cured pork belly, fried egg, and a salad of tomato, rocket, and Manchego cheese. Mains include Madrid-style chicken stew, grilled Angus beef sirloin with roasted potatoes, and baked eggplant with chickpeas and Manchego cheese. Desserts feature traditional Spanish treats like Mell y Mato (honey and milk cottage cheese) and pear Tatin.

Each set lunch is priced at THB 690++ and includes a glass water or a soft drink.
