On July 8, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, presided over the opening ceremony of the "Preparation for the Labor Market and the Northern Labor Market Project" (Northern Job Fair @ Phayao) for the year 2024. The event took place at the Phaya Ngam Mueang Auditorium at the University of Phayao. Miss Amnuayphon Khattiwong, Director of the Division of Student Quality Development and Students with Disabilities, presented the report.

This project received cooperation from various departments within the University of Phayao and external agencies, including the Phayao Chamber of Commerce, Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 2 Chamber of Commerce, Provincial Labor Office Phayao, Phayao Province Office of Labour Protection and Welfare, Social Security Office Phayao Provincial, Phayao Provincial Employment Office, Phayao Office for Skill Development, and several companies and private organizations. Preparation for the Labor Market and the Northern Labor Market Project (Northern Job Fair @ Phayao) for 2024.

The project included a series of lectures and activities focused on preparing for success, providing tips for modern learners, and discussing labor market trends in Northern provinces. It also featured a forum on "Stepping into the Future: Using AI to Increase Organizational Efficiency."

The event, titled "Northern Job Fair @ Phayao," was held on July 8th and 9th, 2024, with the goal of fostering connections between businesses and higher education institutions. The aim was to promote collaboration and facilitate the integration of high-quality graduates into the workforce.
