Central to its concept is "A Place for Honey and Fine Wine," where modern design meets luxurious touches to foster relaxation and romance. The inviting lobby, complete with a signature cocktail upon arrival and a wine bar as a backdrop, ensures guests immediately feel the vibrant ambiance.

Koko Global Hospitality has creatively designed VIVTEL around the "Our Space" concept, merging public and private areas to enhance connections between guests. Each room features dining areas and in-room mixology stations, empowering couples to craft their own cocktails in privacy. A Focus on Efficiency and Value for OwnersKGH has consistently outperformed industry standards, with its hotels achieving an impressive Gross Operating Profit (GOP) of approximately 55%, nearly double the industry average of 30%. This success is driven by KGH's Centralized Operation model, which allows for full-scope management with fewer personnel and reduced costs. A dedicated back-office team based at the main office efficiently manages operations behind the scenes.

Rei Matsuda, Founder and CEO of Koko Global Hospitality, highlights, "As hotel owners, maximizing return on investment (ROI) is a natural goal. One of the most effective strategies is investing in interiors and design materials. While interior design represents a smaller portion of the overall investment, it has the potential to increase cash flow by 1.5 to 2 times by enhancing the Average Daily Rate (ADR).
