These special drinks, crafted with Herbal Kulen Gin, offer a taste of Cambodia, combining sustainable practices with bold, regional flavours. Signature drink include the Cambodian Negroni, a fusion of Herbal Kulen Gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, and the Apsara Sour, an homage to regional botanicals, featuring Herbal Kulen Gin, butterfly pea tea, lemongrass syrup and lime juice.
