Thai Union's Digital team has been recognized for its achievements on the global transition of the IT team to a Digital organization structured around an innovative global 'product-based' operating model. This model ensures that digital innovation is closely tailored to the specific needs of Thai Union's diverse product lines, enabling the delivery of custom solutions that drive efficiency and support growth.
To serve all the data needs for Thai Union, the team also developed a Common Data Platform to enable better decision-making and more informed strategies across all areas of the business. Moreover, the team also implemented a profiling system and skills assessment tool, which helped to more accurately define the skill requirements for different roles within the digital team and assess each team member's competencies.
