A Strategic Business Partnership for Sustainable Energy

Mr. Chatrapon Sripratum, Chief Executive Officer of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA), stated that Amita Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of EA, has entered into this MOU with TMHWST to establish a strategic business partnership.

Amita will lead the development of battery prototypes, covering the design, assembly, and testing of batteries and related equipment. The company will also research battery chargers and battery management systems (BMS) for electric forklifts, aiming to enhance energy efficiency and replace traditional lead-acid batteries.

TMHWST Pioneering Lithium-Ion Battery Adoption in Logistics

TMHWST will take the lead in market development for lithium-ion batteries under the TerraXell brand, addressing the growing demand in the logistics and warehouse industries for enhanced productivity, lower energy costs, and safer material handling. The company plans to deliver over 100 battery units in the first batch by March 2025, with options for sales, rentals, and after-sales services under the concept: "Lithium-ion Battery: The Key to More Productive Operations."
