MRDIYT Makes Market Debut on SET as Thailand's Largest IPO in 2025

MR. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited, stated that the Company's shares began trading on November 5, 2025, on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the Services/Commerce industry group. Mr. Pichet Sithi-Amnuai, President of Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited, as financial advisor, domestic bookrunner and lead underwriter, revealed that MRDIYT has significant growth potential, since Thailand's home improvement retail industry remains in its early stage of growth. According to industry projections, the Thai home improvement retail market is expected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.4%, from a market value of THB 182.6 billion in 2024 to THB 237.8 billion in 2029. This growth is supported by rapid urbanization in Thailand, which is among the fastest in Southeast Asia, along with the shift from traditional retail channels to modern trade formats. He added that MR. D.I.Y.'s product portfolio - comprising essential home items—positions the company to perform well regardless of economic conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience across business cycles.

Mr. Konthee Prasertwongse, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Banking of CIMB Thai Bank PCL, as financial advisor and selling agent, stated that in 2024, the company held approximately 9% market share in Thailand's home improvement retail industry and still has substantial room for growth. MR. D.I.Y. is also recognized as a leading brand, achieving a Top-of-Mind awareness rate of 37.0% in 2025 - the highest among home improvement retailers in the country. He also added that the company's growth strategy, focusing on expanding its store network, strengthening store performance, and maintaining cost efficiency through a robust long-term infrastructure, will serve as a key driver of sustainable growth and help position MRDIYT as a fundamentally strong stock capable of delivering solid returns to shareholders.
