Our batteries can last up to 8 years or 4,500 charging cycles, equivalent to 1.6 million kilometers, with degradation not exceeding 30%. When integrated with DeepWay's independent electrical control system, average energy consumption is 1.3 kWh/km. The 600 kWh battery supports a range exceeding 440 km. Mr. Patthanai Wanasrisunt, Vice President of Marketing at Prime E Truck Co., Ltd., revealed the highlights of the DeepWay Star 6x4: "We selected the DeepWay Star 6x4 as our flagship model for this launch because it was developed to meet the demands of container transport or long-distance cargo hauling without frequent charging interruptions. • Intelligent energy management system averaging ~1.3 kWh/km

Additionally, the vehicle features a 360-degree intelligent thermal management system tested under extreme desert heat conditions, ensuring optimal performance in Thailand's hot and humid climate.

We conducted route and performance testing of the DeepWay Star 6x4 Intelligent Electric Heavy-Duty Truck in Thailand with highly satisfactory results, achieving consumption as low as 1.3 kilowatts per kilometer, or just 3.4 baht per kilometer (from On Peak 4.2 / Off Peak 2.6). We can confirm that users will receive exceptional value and definitively transform Thai transportation.

Mr. Patthanai added: "Prime E Truck and DeepWay recognize the significance of launching the DeepWay Star 6x4 in the Thai market, as the market is ready to embrace new transportation technologies, especially E-trailer. This readiness results from government policies promoting electric vehicles over recent years, creating societal learning about daily life with electric vehicles until confidence has expanded from households to businesses, particularly the transport sector.

Furthermore, government agencies and global business trends have established policies promoting green business (ESG), requiring the private sector to address low-carbon policies. He stated: "In the initial phase, we expect to achieve first-year sales of 100 units, with 20 dealers nationwide and service centers. Additionally, Prime E Truck has reached an agreement with DeepWay to jointly research and study technology for converting customers' existing internal combustion truck—which are numerous in Thailand—into E-Trailer using DeepWay's technology and key components. This study is expected to take 6-12 months and will comprehensively examine vehicle conversion, drive systems (E-Axle), battery systems, and battery swap methods to build confidence and address market needs for faster battery charging systems.
