Banyan Tree Krabi Unveils Fabulous Festive Fare

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner

An exquisite international buffet, live music performance, and a spectacular fire show are some of the highlights at The Naga Kitchen, a spacious restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, just a stone's throw from the beach.

On December 24, from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, guests will be greeted with a welcome drink and presented with a variety of gourmet options with something for everyone: a salad bar, baked bread station, cheese & charcuterie selection, truffle risotto live station, and a chef's carving station provide tantalizing selections, while those with a hankering for fresh seafood will revel in the choice of appetizers such as seabass and prawn ceviche with coconut, and lobster bisque with cognac. A live ice station will provide smoked salmon, sushi & sashimi, Fine de Claire oysters, rock lobster, prawns, New Zealand green-lip mussels, clams, crab and local scallops.

Festive desserts include Christmas fruit stollen, croquembouche Christmas tree, Christmas fruit cake, American baked cheesecake and Christmas log cake.

Santa Claus comes to tropical Thailand with a banquet of traditional festive favourites at The Naga Kitchen from 6:30 pm to 10 pm on 25 December.

An orchestra of flavours are in store with an elegant 6-course meal, echoing the warmth of tradition and the joy of Christmas. Fine de Claire oysters, oscietra caviar, baked camembert, duck terrine with pistachios, and beetroot-cured salmon are just some of the mouthwatering choices. There will also be a Christmas carvery with a choice of turkey or ham, and all the favourite accompaniments including Brussels sprouts, chestnut puree, cranberry gel, and turkey gravy.

What better way to bid farewell to 2025 and welcome in the New Year than on Banyan Tree Krabi's beachfront lawn under the stars and moonlight with waves lapping the beach?

Live entertainment and an extravagant buffet are accompanied by selected free-flow beverages.

Starting at 7 pm, the internationally flavoured buffet will include all the live cooking stations that dazzled the Christmas dinners, including the sushi & sashimi bar, the chef's carving station, a plethora of seafood options, and a Southern Thai cuisine live station with tom yam and massaman curry.

The night continues with live music and performances, culminating in a dazzling beachside countdown celebration, with fireworks lighting up the skies.
