Bangkok Bank has reserved cash of 40 billion baht to serve to customers during the New Year holidays via 7,600 ATMs nationwide. The Bank also confirms that its branches and micro branches in department stores nationwide will be open during usual business hours on December 31, 2025, and January 2, 2026. In addition, customers can conveniently access the Bank's financial services through more than 162,000 service points of Banking Agents nationwide, which will continue to offer regular cash deposit and withdrawal services.
Bangkok Bank reported that it has reserved cash of 40 billion baht to serve customers during the New Year holidays from Wednesday, December 31, 2025 - Sunday, January 4, 2026 via 7,600 ATMs nationwide. Other electronic channels are also available to provide transaction services to customers, including Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), the Bangkok Bank Call Center at 1333 or 026455555, as well as QR Code payment services.
During the New Year holidays on December 31, 2025, customers can access Bangkok Bank's financial services at its micro branches in department stores. On January 2, 2026, services will be available at the Bank's branches in department stores as well as its micro branches in department stores (customers can check the list of branches open for service at www.bangkokbank.com). Banking Agents, which support cash deposit and withdrawal transactions and identity verification, are also available at 162,000 service points nationwide, which are operating as usual every day at the following locations:
- Counter Service at 7?Eleven stores, providing cash deposit and cash withdrawal services via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, as well as identity verification.
- Lotus's, offering cash deposit services and cash withdrawals using Bangkok Bank debit cards.
- Bank@Post services by Thailand Post, together with counter services and Term Dee kiosks, providing cash deposit and cash withdrawal services via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
- CenPay powered by Boonterm, providing cash deposit services.
- Big C Supercenter, with Boonterm kiosks offering cash deposit services and identity verification
Therefore, customers can be assured that they will be able to withdraw sufficient cash for their New Year spending and smoothly carry out all their transactions. All Bangkok Bank branches nationwide will resume normal operations from January 5, 2026 onwards.
