- Monday - Northern Region Experience the distinctive flavors of Northern Thailand with regional favorites including Khao Soi, Sai Oua, Nam Prik Noom, and Kaeng Hang Lay.
- Tuesday - Northeastern (Isaan) Region Savor the bold and vibrant tastes of Isaan through specialties such as Som Tam, Larb Moo, Grilled Pork Neck, and traditional Isaan Sausage.
