The Sea Soul Collection reimagines reclaimed seashells as handcrafted pieces that reflect the beauty of the sea while encouraging a more mindful appreciation of natural resources. Served daily from 14.00 to 17.00 hrs, the Sea Soul Afternoon Tea captures the relaxed spirit of the coast through soft pastel hues, intricate marine-inspired details and seasonal ingredients. Seahorses, coral formations, seashells and other ocean motifs appear throughout the presentation, creating a playful yet refined interpretation of the classic afternoon tea.

The sweet selection showcases handcrafted desserts inspired by life beneath the waves, including a Vanilla White Chocolate Jellyfish Truffle, Seahorse Chocolate Cake and Madeleine with Chocolate Shell. Guests can also enjoy shell-shaped macarons filled with green tea, blueberry and vanilla, alongside ruby chocolate, dark almond chocolate and blue rice yoghurt chocolate creations. Completing the assortment are playful chocolate treats shaped as shrimp with caramel filling, raspberry mint turtles and fish filled with dark chocolate ganache.

The savoury selection offers an equally refined balance with Smoked Salmon Mille-Feuille with Avocado and Cream Cheese, Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Onion Jam, a New England Lobster Roll, and Smoked Turkey with Gruyere Cheese and Cranberry Jam.

Created for sharing, the Sea Soul Afternoon Tea invites guests to linger over an afternoon where refined flavours, imaginative presentation and ocean-inspired design come together in a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship and the enduring allure of the sea.

Available daily from 14.00 to 17.00 hrs, the Sea Soul Afternoon Tea is priced at THB 1,490++ for two persons, including a selection of coffee or tea from now until 31 August 2026.
