A partner of The Creators HQ, Space Management, was founded to bridge the gap between property ownership and long-term asset value. Today, Space Management manages rental services across C Ekkamai, Common TU, and Conner Ratchathewi, while also providing Concierge Services for Cira Residences, an ultra-luxury detached home project developed by The Creators HQ. Across these projects, the company oversees approximately 400 residential units, serving diverse customer segments ranging from international professionals and young urban residents to university students.
