DUSIT THANI PATTAYA AND ITS PARTNERS JOIN FORCES FOR WILDLIFE AND MARINE LIFE CONSERVATION INITIATIVE
Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand - Dusit Thani Pattaya, together with key business partners including Makro South Pattaya, Pegas, DTS, and valued suppliers, successfully hosted a joint community and environmental conservation day on Monday, 28 September 2026. The initiative brought together hotel management, staff, corporate partners, and guests for an immersive educational journey aimed at raising awareness for the protection of Thailand's terrestrial wildlife and coastal marine ecosystems.
Driven by Dusit International's overarching Tree of Life sustainability framework, and as part of initiative for World Animal Day (4 October), the collaborative effort provided hands-on support to three key local wildlife and marine life conservation facilities across Chonburi province:
Banglamung Wildlife Breeding Station: Participants contributed directly to animal welfare efforts by assisting in the care and feeding of resident bears.
Royal Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Center: Volunteers assisted naval personnel in cleaning and maintaining turtle nursery ponds to support marine life rehabilitation.
Air and Coastal Defence Command (ACDC) Mangrove Forest: The initiative concluded with participants potting and propagating mangrove seedlings to help preserve vital coastal ecosystems and safeguard biodiversity.
