Presenters announced for Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026
Eurovision Song Contest Asia will break new ground in the world of music when its first edition is broadcast across the globe from Thailand's capital. On Saturday 14 November, songs from 11 countries will be broadcast into the homes of millions of music fans. Two experienced hosts will guide the artists and audiences through this landmark event.
On Friday 25 September, Thailand's Channel 3 and Voxovation announced that Woody Milintachinda and Cindy Bishop have been selected to host the first-ever edition of Eurovision Song Contest Asia. The two esteemed entertainers will guide viewers from around the world through an evening of unmissable performances, thrilling competition and a showcase of pan-Asian culture.
Live from the One Bangkok Forum in Thailand's capital, Woody and Cindy will present the Eurovision Song Contest's first multi-country expansion, opening a new chapter in Asia shaped by the region's diversity, creativity and cultural identity, and grounded in the spirit that has always defined the Contest: 'United by Music'.
Woody Milintachinda is one of Asia's most recognisable hosts, known for his warmth, curiosity and infectious energy. Through the popular show Woody Talk, he has interviewed global figures and connected with audiences across the region.
Beyond the screen, Woody founded S2O Songkran Music Festival, taking a distinctly Thai celebration to international stages. He also co-founded Dragonfly, a platform for wellbeing and positive change. At the heart of his work is a gift for bringing people together across cultures, generations and borders.
Known internationally as a host, actress, model and television personality, Cindy Bishop will bring more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment and fashion industries across Asia to the stage on 14 November. A seasoned bilingual host and moderator fluent in both English and Thai, Cindy is renowned for her confidence, warmth and ability to connect naturally with audiences across cultures.
She is widely recognised as the host of seasons four to six of Asia's Next Top Model, alongside an extensive career spanning television, live events, fashion and major international productions. Beyond entertainment, Cindy serves as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador for Asia and the Pacific, using her platform to advocate for gender equality and an end to gender-based violence.
Audiences can attend Eurovision Song Contest Asia at One Bangkok Forum on Saturday 14 November and be part of a new shared stage where cultures meet, voices are amplified and creative communities connect across borders.
Tickets for the inaugural Eurovision Song Contest Asia will go on general sale on Friday 2 October at 04:00 CEST (09:00 BKK), with an exclusive Eurofan presale opening one day earlier. Fans who sign up to become a Eurofan on the Eurovision Song Contest website can access the presale from 09:00 CEST (14:00 BKK) on Thursday 1 October.
Eleven pioneering nations will take part in Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026, each bringing its own voice, identity and storytelling to the stage. Some of those stories are already emerging.
Four countries have already chosen their songs through National Selection Shows: Bhutan, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea and Laos. Malaysia has also selected its artist, with the song to be revealed at a later date.
Between now and Bangkok 2026, a packed calendar of National Selection Shows remains. Fans can stream them live on the Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel and vote on the Eurovision Asia website.
