The Asian side arrived in grand fashion with details reflecting legends, faith, and local craftsmanship. Host country Thailand drew applause with the costume "Kinnaree," which took inspiration from the mythical half-woman, half-bird celestial being of Thai lore, expressed through golden feathers, majestic wings, and a crown symbolizing the dignity of modern women.
Neighboring country Laos presented traditional attire originating from the royal wedding ceremonies of the Luang Prabang court, adorned with embroidered ancient patterns, the pha biang shawl, and the sinh skirt.
