The initiative will provide tailored learning pathways through Udacity, part of Accenture LearnVantage, for corporate and regional functions, technology teams, and senior hotel leadership across Minor's global network. It will be focused on developing practical capabilities in artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, data and cloud technologies while promoting the responsible adoption of AI. Through this initiative, Minor aims to strengthen digital fluency across the organization, equip employees to drive AI-enabled innovation and decision-making, including the secure and responsible deployment of AI solutions.

"We didn't choose a training provider. We chose to collaborate with the world's best enterprise learning platform. This is a deliberate, data-driven start — with a cohort who will become the champions of Digital Acumen across our organization," said Aurakanda Attavipach, Chief People Officer, Minor International.

The hospitality industry is at an inflection point. As artificial intelligence, data, and digital technologies reshape how travel, dining, and lifestyle experiences are delivered, the organizations that invest decisively in their people will define the next generation of the sector.

"At Minor, we believe the future of hospitality is built on the quality of our people. Collaborating with Accenture is our commitment, in action, to equip our teams with the confidence, curiosity, and skills to thrive in a digital world. We've focused this investment on the roles and functions where it will make the most difference to our business," said Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO, Minor International.

"As technology continues to evolve at unprecedented speed, the competitive advantage will increasingly belong to organizations whose people can learn and adapt just as quickly. Minor is a great example of a Thai-headquartered company investing in its people at global scale - bringing technology, AI and continuous learning together to build new capabilities, drive innovation responsibly and create lasting value," said Patama Chantaruck, Country Managing Director, Accenture Thailand.

The collaboration with Accenture anchors a broader digital learning ecosystem that Minor has been building over time, designed to ensure that wherever a team member sits in the organization, from frontline to executive, there is a world-class learning resource built for them. Together, these resources extend Minor's commitment to Digital Acumen across the entire Group.

Beyond skills development, this partnership signals a broader shift in how Minor International approaches its role as an employer. In a sector facing intensifying global competition for talent, Minor is making a clear statement: career growth, digital confidence, and world-class learning are not perks — they are part of what it means to work at Minor - Passion for Growth.

The partnership aligns directly with Minor's Digital Acumen commitment — a Group-wide priority to equip every team member with the confidence and skills to use technology in smarter, more impactful ways — and with the Group's core value of Partnership.
