UP Supports Local Entrepreneurs, Aiming to Elevate Product Standards Sustainably.

The event was attended by Mrs. Anchalee Boonrueang, Deputy Mayor of Phayao Municipality, Ms. Papavinee Khamphonngam, Director of the Social Welfare Division in Phayao, Mrs. Pimwilai Wongrueang, Chair of the Phayao Municipal Elderly Quality of Life and Career Promotion Center, as well as community leaders and representatives from 15 communities within the municipality, totaling 65 participants. The purpose of the event was to inform them about the criteria for consigning and selling local goods at the Souvenir UP Shop. Additionally, a variety of community products were also showcased at the event. UP Supports Local Entrepreneurs, Aiming to Elevate Product Standards Sustainably.

The event was organized by the Souvenir UP Shop, a division of the University of Phayao's Property Division, as part of their mission to support local products. The initiative aims to improve the quality of products to meet recognized standards, expand market opportunities for local goods, and raise awareness. Ultimately, it contributes to the sustainable and inclusive growth of Phayao Province's grassroots economy.
