A big art project 'The Art of Living' by Raimon Land, a luxury and ultra luxury real estate developer, has wrapped up successfully, creating a new phenomenon in the real estate industry. The project transformed the sales gallery of its luxury condominium, Tait Sathorn 12, into an art museum in the heart of Sathorn, showcasing art pieces crafted and created by Thailand's top artists. Throughout the six months of the art display, many art collectors, students, the public and tourists have visited the exhibition.
Korn Narongdej, Chief Executive Officer of Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), talked about the idea behind 'The Art of Living' that "Raimon Land wants to introduce different and new angle of brand experience by allowing our customers and the public to experience the project presentation through art by inviting top Thai artists to join and display art pieces at the sales gallery. By doing so, we also help support Thai artists to gain public recognition and inspire those in the new generation, who are interested in art. This was the idea behind 'The Art of Living', which transformed the sales gallery of Tait Sathorn 12 into a free art space for the public and our customers to come and see our show units as well as the art pieces at the same time, all free of charge."
The reason behind choosing the sales gallery of Tait Sathorn 12 as the show venue was that the project is unique and one of a kind, designed with a concept of 'Live the Iconic Life' featuring a contemporary design, with Iconic Slope. It is also conveniently located near the BTS, making it a suitable spot for an art museum.
The Art of Living was held from October 2022 to March 2023, and many well-known Thai artists have been rotated to display their exhibition every month. Each artist has created unique art pieces reflecting their style, and many of the pieces have been specifically created for this occasion.
"Raimon Land will continue to bring beautiful art to the public under the concept of 'The Art of Living' through the developments of future projects. Our projects already feature aesthetic beauty, such as OCC (One City Centre) at Ploen Chit Intersection, where we have invited Dong-Pongsatat Uaiklang to work with us once again to create master sculptures for interior and exterior areas. This reaffirms our commitment in building ongoing superior brand experiences for our customers in the society, true to our Luxury Reimagined philosophy," Korn said.
