KBank announces service suspension for system efficiency improvement from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday, February 5, 2023

KBank will temporarily close its system for efficiency improvement on Sunday, February 5, 2023, from 01:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m., during which time customers will not be able to use the following services:

• Deposit, withdrawal, funds transfer transactions in connection with KBank accounts across all service channels
• Incoming funds transfer from all banks via all channels
• QR scan payment
• Cash advance via KBank Credit Card or Xpress Cash

However, all types of KBank Credit Card can be used for payment for goods and services as usual.
